Their return policy doesn’t specifically mention a receipt. I would imagine they, like many major manufacturers, have the ability to track your shipment by the order # on the box or by your credit card number.

It says to call them prior to attempting a return, their phone number is 800-874-0146.

I have dealt with them a few times on issues, they are actually very nice, there’s a good chance you’ll even talk to one of the owners! I did!
